Used when therapy requires repeated venous access for intravenous injection or infusion, and/or venous blood sampling. Dual lumen catheters are particularly useful when you want to avoid dosing and sampling through the same line. Much shorter then the PICC, this single-lumen radiopaque polyurethane catheter has a pre-inserted stylet and attached flushing assembly.
