SAI has taken its years of hands-on research experience and translated that into technology that makes sense to the end-user. Basically, we have replaced the catheter, swivel and extension line “friction/compression” fittings with secure, easy to attach luer locks. This small change is capable of reducing your scheduling load 75% or more for infusion related procedures such as: blood draws, infusion set-up, intermittent infusions, body weights, cage changing, and general catheter maintenance. The system includes the Quick Connect harness, tether and swivel. All the components work together to save time, reduce costs, and improve the integrity of your infusion and access systems. All systems and components are ETO exposed.
- Harness with a 21G catheter connector will fit catheters with an ID of 0.032-0.024"
- Harness with a 23G catheter connector will fit catheters wth an ID of 0.025-0.021"
A Proper fit will depend on the catheters wall thickness, material, and properties. Ask about our sizing chart to proper fit the harness with your catheter.
