At SAI, we recruit and train staff that can actually help you; suggesting products that make your work easier, giving you a heads-up if we think you are buying incompatible products, and standing next to you as we help you learn a new technique.  We are all focused on getting you what you need, as quickly as possible, and with as little headache as possible.  

Our Founder has over 30 years of experience in developing and implementing infusion studies. While working in pharmaceutical development, he helped create, improve and share one of the first successful models for continuous infusion studies. This experience made it clear that there was a need for more responsive suppliers who both understood the difficulties of infusion studies, and could quickly and efficiently create the tools to get the job done. Since then, he has dedicated his life and his company to making reliable, customizable products that make human and animal lives better.

SAI's Sales and Technical Support Staff have hands-on experience in working with animals. They have worked in various pharma, CROs, and research instrument companies performing a range of activities, including surgical model development for small and large animal models, surgical training, automated blood collection, microdialysis, infusion and sampling studies, DMPK/ADMET studies, bioanalysis, study design and management, and product R&D, just to name a few. In addition to technical knowledge, these staff members also love to help; they are optimistic, compassionate, and driven by an innate desire to find the right tool or technique to make you successful.
