This minimally invasive CSF collection line allows CSF collection directly from the mouse Cisterna Magna. The 30G specialty needle is precisely bent to the correct angle and length for reliable and repeatable entry depth into the CM. The 15” PE line has marks every 4cm from the hub (9 total) for volume measurement up to 70ul. And for easy attachment to a syringe, there is a luer on the end of the line. Collect from a single mouse or pool CSF from multiple mice. The clear line allows for visualization of the CSF during collection so you can immediately identify any blood contamination and discard only the contaminated CSF.
