How to Order
US Customers- US customers paying with a credit card can place an online order for most of our products; set up an account to get started. When purchasing with a PO, you will need to submit your order and then send your PO form along to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax at 847-356-0382. Minimum Order of $50 for shipping in the US.
International Customers- Check here for a local Distributor. If you don't see one for your region, we can sell most of our products directly to you. To place an order, you must use our order form. If it is your first time ordering, then we will require credit card or prepay via wire transfer; our staff will contact you for additional details once the order is placed. Minimum Order of $100 for shipping internationally.
All Customers- For purchases that include:
- A non-stock or custom item
- A discounted item
- An item that is listed on the website, but is not available for purchase in your shopping cart
- A non-standard payment method

Product returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking charge. Custom items may not be returned. For more information about our return policy click here.
